Hello World!

Welcome to the Suburban Boston Living Blog. Being a realtor and entering the field of real estate has been a long time coming. My love for real estate began with my family, although my mother was not a Realtor she would bring us to open houses on many weekends to check out the latest offerings in the neighborhood. During college, especially after the recession in 2008, I kept an eye on the housing market in the Boston area and on Cape Cod. I could see the value in investing in homes at a young age. Once I married my husband it was finally time for us to invest in our own little dream home and we landed in Needham, Massachusetts. Needham is the town where I was first raised, before moving to Newton. The magic of Needham still exists 30 years later. Even though the town has changed in some ways, the community, quality school system, and spirit remain.

Since we bought our home in 2016, we have seen the housing market in Needham and the surrounding towns change immensely. At the time, I was the first of my friends to move to the suburbs and quickly became “that” friend who constantly sent new Zillow listings to convince friends to move to the suburbs from the city. While I may not be sending listings via Zillow these days, I look forward to making this passion a career. I look forward to working together with clients, hearing their needs, and finding their best match or selling their current home.
